Recently retired from the U.S. Navy , after a twenty-one year career. GI brought his aviation skills to United Airlines, where he developed a unique and cultural changing approach to risk management. His extensive U.S. Navy background in management of safety related programs helped him design and implement Crew Coordination Training and Crew Resource Management strategies.

Tom Glass
Mr. Glass’ impressive career with Dow Jones & Company, Inc. spanned 35 years. During his tenure, he touched many facets of the business world. Tom started in sales and marketing with Barron’s magazine and shortly found himself at Dow Jones’ flagship paper, The Wall Street Journal. His responsibilities included everything from advertising to running national and international sales and training seminars.
In his last position, director of advertising agency relations, he produced and co-directed the award-winning Creative Leaders’ Meeting of the Minds programs. Additionally, Tom directed The Journal’s technology and healthcare conferences and sports and events marketing initiatives. He retired from The Wall Street Journal in 2004.
